TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read this before placing an order.
ALL ORDERS SHOULD BE TREATED AS THOUGH THEY WERE COMMISSIONS.
To elaborate; all Prince Armory goods are made by hand, and while we make every effort to have all standard items available for immediate delivery, due to the nature of the craft and the small number of people working to make the products we are not always able to guarantee a product's immediate availability.
However! Once we receive an order that is not in stock, it will be placed in queue and completed in the order in which it was received.
Furthermore, adding Extra options to an item may also delay your order slightly. If you were to order a bracer pair with an odd color combination we will not likely have that color already made in stock though we do try to keep most popular colors in stock and especially solid black.
Also note: if we are working a Renaissance Festival, we will not be able to complete as many orders, most orders will be delayed until after the season has passed. If this is the case it will be noted on the home page.
